Today I managed to pickup two more domains ending with “101.com”. One of the domains targeted keywords had over 5,000,000 exact searches for the month of Dec… The targeted keyword for this domain is “download software”. The other targeted keyword is “satellite internet”. With the success that I have been having with registering domains ending with “101”, I may just focus on these types of purchases. If Moxy Media can do it, I do not see why I can’t over time, right?

As of now DownloadSoftware101.com and SatelliteInternet101.com are parked with WhyPark.com so that they may get indexed. My future plans for the development of the two domains are unsure at the moment. Maybe I will leave them parked at WhyPark.com and just ad in some affiliate ads instead of the default ads.

As 2009 came to a close I started registering keyword domains ending with “101”.

One reason I started registering domains like this is because all of the top keyword domains were taken. Let’s say I wanted to register PhysicalTherapy.com, which according to Google’s keyword tool gets around 246,000 local searches for the month of Dec… Of course this name is probably owned by one of the big domain guys out there. So with that in mind I go and register PhysicalTherapy101.com. It’s a .com which contains the targeted keyword. Every domain blog that I have read, agreed on one thing, well two things, it must contain the targeted keyword and be a .com. By adding “101” to the end of the domain you have accomplished both.

Secondly, I read an article about how successful MoxyMedia.com and TSAVO.com have been developing these types of domains. According to Moxy Media’s own site they get approximately 15 million visitors per month to their network of sites.

They own domains like FitnessGear101.com which got 14,000+ unique visitors for the month of Dec, InsuranceGuide101.com 4,500+, MassageTherapy101.com 18,000 + and Industrial101.com at 145,000 visitors in Dec… As you can see these types of domains can pull in a lot of traffic. You can only imagine with that amount of traffic how much they earn per year with these names.

As I am writing this, I am going through my domains ending in “101’ into Google’s keyword suggestion tool to see which of them I will try to develop this year if time permits. So far HardDriveRecovery101.com has a high CPC of $20.95 with an exact search volume of 201,000 for Dec. followed by MortgageLender101.com with a CPC of $11.31 with an exact search volume of 301,000 for its targeted keyword for Dec…

Hopefully within a year’s time I can have at least a few 100,000 searches per month to my network of sites. Here’s looking forward to the future.

I have decided to start this year off by relaunching this blog with a new theme and better plug-ins for monetization purposes. With this relaunch I thought it was best to delete all of my previous post. If you want to read them they have been uploaded to DomainersJourney.com. This was going to be my blog dedicated to domaining.

With the relaunch of this blog I can blog about everything I do online and offline in one place instead of trying to keep two blogs going at the same time. With that said you should see where I am going with this relaunch. After all this is a blog about An Entrepreneur’s Journey to Wealth Online and off.

I am not that person who has the time to sit behind a computer and blog about something everyday nor will all my post be lengthy. I do tweet from time to time so you can follow me here.

My 2010 Plans for Online and Offline.

My online plans for 2010 include the development of a few keyword domains in the insurance, credit card, pet and wordpress niche.

The domains of choice are:

For the insurance site I have decided to develop InsuranceClique.com which will provide information and quotes for all of your insurance needs. You will be provided information on Auto Insurance, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Etc… It will be launched using wordpress as the CMS platform of choice along with a unique theme. One reason I chose to develop this site is because of its high search volume. Its exact search count is 3,350,000 with a CPC of $14.77. I do have other insurance domains registered also but I will leave them parked for now.

The next domain of choice is CreditCardClique.com. Here not only will you be provided information about credit cards, credit debt and more but you will also be able to compare the different credit cards. You will have the chance to apply for the different credit cards available to consumers to include: student, airline and rewards card.

For the pet lover in most of us I will try and launch DiversePets.com. An online pet portal for all of your pet information needs. So if you want to learn more about a certain animal before you go out and buy one, just stop by and see if we have information on the pet you are looking for. If we do not have any information, contact us and let us know what animal you are curious about! We will have pets in the following categories: Dogs, Cats, Birds, Fish, Reptiles and Exotics.

And the last site to develop will be WpThemeMix.com. I thought with all the blogs coming online nowadays why not tap into to wordpress niche. All themes are unique and will not be found anywhere else online unless it is through one of our affiliates. If they are then they are being sold illegally. And yes we will eventually have an affiliate program for our themes so if you want to make a little extra money stop by and join our affiliate program when we launch. I will keep you updated.

That’s it for my online plan for 2010. My offline plans are to go back to school to educate myself in real estate and start investing in the real estate market. This is a passion of mine. That’s it short and sweet, my plans for 2010.

I hope you accomplish some of your goals/plans for 2010, if not all of them!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!
